The Email Etiquette

A lady treats e-mail like any other written correspondence. She expresses herself clearly and concisely.

She does not send lengthy sequences of short, inconsequential messages that clutter up the recipient’s mail directory.

She indicates the topic of her correspondence in the “Subject” line of her e-mail, so that the recipient can identify it quickly.

If a lady is sending a copy of her e-mail to a second correspondent, she indicates that she is sending a copy in the same way that she would use “cc”.
