Men are often reductant to seek help for health problems, especially for disorders of the reproductive system. The prostate gland is one of the male sex organ and produces an alkaline fluid that is contained in semen. With age the gland often becomes enlarged, causing problems in passing water, the flow is reduced and residual urine remains in the bladder leading the infection.
