A haircut is designed after considering the face shape, hair texture and client’s desire. We have different face shapes and texture so the haircut will vary from person to person. A haircut that looks good on one person may or may not look good on another person.

An oval face can wear practically any hairstyle so feel free to experiment! You can wear a bob hairstyle, pixie, and layered hairdos, up styles… anything you want. Try to keep your hair away from your face so that the shape of your face is not hidden.

If you have a round face, remember either to have short hair or chin length hair or cut your hair in short to long layers so that you have hair covering your face. The idea is to make your face look longer.

If you have wide cheekbones or forehead and a narrow jaw line then you have a heart shape face. A chin length bob or a long hairstyle will look good on your face.

If you have a square face shape, a short or a medium length hairstyle will work. A bob that fails either above or below the jaw line will look beautiful. Avoid hairstyles that sit on the jaw line because that will make the face look wider.

If you have wide cheekbones but a narrow forehead and chin, you have a diamond face shape. Opt for a short hairstyle; make sure there is some weight in the nape area to balance out your prominent cheekbones. Short fringes, bangs and flicks are a good option.
